Number Theory In The Americas
Number Theory In The Americas is a workshop aimed at bringing together number theorists from throughout the Americas to work on research projects in small groups. The official language of the workshop is Spanish.
We are currently accepting applications for additional participants. All participants will have their hotel and food expenses covered for the duration of the workshop. In addition, we have a limited amount of funding available to defray the costs of traveling to the workshop. If your participation is contingent on receiving travel funds, please indicate this on your application form.
Junior researchers (including graduate students, postdoctoral fellows, and new faculty) are particularly encouraged to apply.
Each participant will be assigned to a project group. Prior to arriving in Oaxaca, participants will be expected to read all materials assigned by their project group leaders. Copies of these materials will be e-mailed to participants at least 2 months in advance of the workshop. Please read the list of titles and project group leaders below before filling out your application.
All applications must be received by March 1, 2019.
